Abstract

This study examines the effect of inclusive leadership on workplace ostracism among civil servants in the National Remote Sensing, Plateau State. A descriptive research design was adopted, and stratified random sampling was used to collect data from 289 staff through a structured questionnaire. Hypotheses were tested using SMARTPLS/SEM 4.0.1. Findings show that inclusive leadership has a statistically significant relationship with dimensions of workplace ostracism and negatively relates to personal and coworker ostracism. The study concludes that inclusive leadership reduces workplace ostracism and can guide policies that promote inclusion at work.
